ATTENTION: Do not apply unless you have a MINIMUM OF 4 YEARS experience in WINDOW ESTIMATING / GLASS & GLAZING INDUSTRY

*Must be familiar with different manufacturers of IMPACT WINDOWS

Applicants must be able to read blue prints, prepare estimates, formulate bids, RFIs, and submit quotes on time. This position also requires someone who can review and monitor budgets, job schedules, interface with customers and also field crews.

• Review drawings, specifications, and other bidding documents
• Submit a qualified bid or estimate
• Follow up the bidding process to achieve a bid reward
• Upon bid reward, review all contract obligations, schedule and scope
   of work
• Once under contract, turn the estimate into job budgets for the
   company systems,including schedule of values, labor, material,
   equipment and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit submittals, shop drawings and RFI’s
• Prepare and compile information to turn over to the job supervision,
   including the latest set of construction drawings, project
     information, scope of work, budgets, material and vendor
   information, etc.
• Manage scope of work and plan changes, including pricing
• Continue constant coordination with field supervision
• Review & track subcontractors and equipment invoicing and budgets
• Coordinate with the General Contractor’s project management
• Complete project close-out requirements and outstanding issues
